Refunds for Electronically Delivered Services
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for electronically delivered services such as tax filing, compliance assistance, or digital advisory products. In the event of a refund, your access/license to the service will be terminated or revoked, and you will no longer be able to use the product or service. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to return anything to Waker Consultants.
Refunds for Services
Refunds for services will only be applicable if the service has not been initiated or delivered by Waker Consultants. Once a service (such as GST filing, tax return preparation, or business registration) has been processed, no refund will be entertained.
